The word "resilience" comes up quite often these days when we talk about how people and communities respond to challenges. But what really is resilience? Is it something we do or something we are? Where does it come from? And how do we increase our own resilience and help children gain resilience so we all can better respond to the challenges, both big and small, that are part of life? This webinar will address these questions and more.

This webinar is presented by the TAPS Institute for Hope and Healing®.
